Michael,
We sell our telescopes parts to scope builders all over the world. Anything in the ATM section of the forums is mainly directed at customers building their own telescopes.
Customers can also buy our scopes in kit form and install their own optics.
When you take delivery of your Webster scope, the trusses will already be cut for you, and the COG of the sling will be set. One day when you acquire a 31 Nagler it will come to focus just fine.
If, at some point in the future, a new eyepiece design comes out that needs even more infocus than the 31 Nagler, you now know how to make the adjustments yourself. Of course, we are always a phone call away if that day should come.
