Hi everyone, I am about to start my dream scope project, a 24" f/3.6. This will be my upgrade from a 16" f/4.5 Dob. The telescopes main use will be for outreach here in Arizona. This is why I chose the f/3.6 as it will be short enough for the public while still meeting the 2500mm focal length I want (once the Paracorr II is installed).

Its going to be a pretty long term project as I am only 21 and doing this on a VERY tight budget.

The scope will be use with all Webster components.

My first question is, what sized secondary does the Webster 24" f/3.6 use? And where is the best place to acquire large secondary mirrors?

Give Terry Ostahowski a call :

Excellent quality flats. They come with good coatings and interferometry results.
