Can someone suggest the name/author of a large format (about 11" by 18") soft cover book on the various celestiql coordinate systems, with hand sketches and computer generated sketches. I had this and lost it. It is an excellent and clear book of 3-D images explaining local, celestial and galactic coordinates; distance scales and other basic astrometry

Re my post on celestial mechanics book. I FOUND IT ! It is Ottewell,s "Astronomical Companion". Not for everybody, but good for the 3D kind of mind.

Nothing but overcast here in Texas while I recover from a laminectomy. And plan my move into Mallincam assisted live viewing.
